Nah, Carnival Kerfuffle is still best to me. It may be repetitive, but after some hours of torture with friend (for some reason, it is WAY more difficult during coop rather than single player, balance problems probably) I still loved it. Another way, after these hours I remembered it as a great song.

My main problem with Junkyard Jive is that it doesn't ever really feel like it's building to anything. The energy remains about the same throughout the whole piece and it doesn't do much to differentiate. Even the end feels like it comes out of nowhere with how abrupt it is. I agree that you get the most out of it from just the first two minutes, and that it gets far too repetitive as it goes on.

You can infinitely parry the pink balloons to get invincibility super charged. There are also a lot of places you can wait for coffee to fill it for you instead of smoke bomb if youre patient enough

Converge is my favorite weapon, because while only doing 2.6 damage, you can lock it and make it do nearly 3x the damage. But on Ribby and Croaks, the converge can hit both Ribby and Croaks, doing 6x damage total. That’s enough to skip the entire 2nd phase! Also the ex is funny to me just b e a m .

I actually learned to play Junkjard Jive on tuba when I was still in music class! It's an insanely good song, and actually knowing how it's played really ups my appreciation for it. Still on the lower end of the entire ost though sadly. Thoroughly enjoyed the ranking!

PSA: Dash cancelling for my definition just means dashing as soon as you're able to. Spamming the dash button doesn't always work, so precisely timing your dashes so you dash the first frame you can is kinda important here.

Just a question, would divine relic not…AUTOMATICALLY be S tier just because it has smoke bomb along with heart ring? I get that the weapon swap is annoying but is it really enough to outweigh the two best charms, an upgraded B tier charm and an amazing charm for speedrunning?

Also you can use ms. Chalice's down dash to gain immunity frames right when attack is about to hit you

In my opinion, I think Pyramid Peril deserves good tier tho tbh. Not sure a lot of ppl agree
